This bookcase is really high quality, both in terms of materials and finish - it’s a rare find! We ran into some problems with our initial bookcase since it’s hand painted, so even a millimeter off can make fitting tricky. The team was quick to assist and sort things out. Fantastic service!

We purchased the adjustable height tea chair and table, and the design is really nice. However, putting the table together was a real pain. Not sure if the cuts were off, but we had to grab our own tools to get it sorted. Given the price, we didn’t expect to run into issues like this, and we’re not looking forward to adjusting the height again with the other legs since they’ll need some tweaking too. On a brighter note, the chair was a breeze to assemble. They look fantastic, and the concept is brilliant. If they could just iron out those kinks, it would be awesome.

I really don’t like giving bad reviews, but honestly, they’ve earned it. I reached out to them to delay a delivery, and it seems they only respond when they spot a negative review like this one. After they finally confirmed that they had indeed pushed it back to the day I asked for, guess what showed up? An item that’s now just sitting in front of my door for five days!

I got a mirror for my daughter, and while the item meets my expectations, it showed up covered in wood dust. Plus, there are some dark stains on the wood that aren’t from the natural grain. It’s a shame they overlook these little things that really matter. Considering the price, I thought there would be more attention to detail.

I purchased this slide/climber back in February for my grandson's second birthday. The ordering process was a breeze, and it showed up right on time. It looks well-constructed and solid, plus it was a cinch to attach to the A-frame climbing structure. I'm only writing this review now because I wanted to check how it's holding up with a lively 2-year-old. So far, I can say it’s been holding strong and has been used countless times each day since he got it; he absolutely adores it.

I got this as a Christmas present in mid-November. Unfortunately, when it was opened, putting it together turned out to be a real challenge. Even though it had been more than 30 days since I bought it, they arranged for a courier to collect the item, and the next day, I received a replacement that was just right. You know, sometimes when things go a bit sideways, you really see what a company is made of, and the support I got along with the final product was just fantastic. Big thanks!

I'm really happy with the toddler climbing steps and the pickler and slide I got earlier. Both items are sturdy and were shipped quickly. My little one enjoys scaling the pickler and zooming down the slide, and they also love using the steps in the kitchen. I’d definitely suggest this company and would shop with them again.

Decent item, but the delivery was a real hassle, to put it mildly. Two times they missed the estimated arrival. When it finally showed up, it was just a portion of what I ordered. Then, when the rest of the stuff came (which got lost somehow!?), there were still bits missing! No compensation was offered upfront; I had to bring it up myself, and they only gave a measly 5%. Like I said, the product is solid, but brace yourself for a wait if your experience is anything like ours!

We got the toddler learning tower for our 2-year-old boy. It's quite sturdy and hefty, so it's not the best for shifting around the kitchen. It's pretty spacious, so you could probably fit two little ones on it if needed. Putting it together is a breeze since there are no screws involved. However, my son can easily take off the bar at the back that keeps it all stable. Also, the lower step has come loose, and that's after just a little bit of use.

Putting it together can be a bit of a challenge, so grab a buddy and have a rubber mallet handy. But once you’ve got them set up, they’re stunning and super useful. I’d totally suggest going for the varnished options; they maintain a lovely natural look while being way more functional. We really enjoy the furniture we purchased, and we’ve shopped at Little Bugs multiple times, with the bookcase being our top pick. Plus, the customer service is top-notch, which is always a nice touch.
